Fitzroy Facey, known by his DJ pseudonym ‘Da Buzzboy’, is now entering his 40th year as a club DJ and radio presenter. He’s also the director, owner and publisher of The Soul Survivors Magazine, since 2006.
Fitzroy has worked with many of today’s UK music makers, movers and shakers and as DJ has supported a who’s who of performing artists worldwide, as well as hosting radio shows on several soul, funk and jazz stations and platforms. His show for One Jazz is Is That Jazz?, taking its name from a classic Gil Scott Heron song, but posing and answering its own question!
